Our school environment team has scheduled a working bee for Saturday 23rd July – just before school recommences in Term 3. The focus of our working bee will be on cleaning up garden beds and tidying play areas ready for the start of term.
If you are free and able to help – please let us know here or feel free to come along on the day.
Time – 8.30am – 11.30am
What do I have to do when I arrive at the school on the day? A table will be set up under the Reception area verandah for parents to sign in and be directed to a job you’d like to help out with. We will also provide some brief information for work, health and safety purposes.
Refreshments and nibbles will be provided.
Feel free to bring along any gardening equipment you have, eg rake, wheelbarrow, shovel, spade, gardening gloves etc.
(Sorry – no power tools)
Children are welcome to come along and help out as required, though we do as they they are supervised by parents.
