The Weekend Wrap

Last week

  • Congratulations and well done to all Craigburn students who performed in the Festival of Music choir at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre this evening. A fabulous showcase of musical talent. Special mentions to Azalea for her lead role in the South Orchestra and also to Jasmine in the South Troupe. Once again, a big thank you to Mrs Rayner and Felicity Williams (accompanist) for their wonderful effort and work in leading our school choir.
  • Thanks to families and friends for supporting the Reception / Year 1 and Year 2, 3 and 4 Team Assemblies. Well done to all classes for sharing their learning and special mention to students who were the recipients of an Assembly Award. Year 5, 6 and 7 assembly was postponed to Week 9 Friday afternoon. Families and friends are welcome to attend our end of term assembly – final date / time to be announced.
  • Students across the school enjoyed the Camp Quality Puppet Show performance last week with Robbie and Abbie learning about how to support families experiencing cancer. Key message / takeaway for us all #laughteristhebestmedicine
  • Senior Choir performed at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre as part of the Festival of Music. A fabulous effort by our students.
