The Weekly Wrap

Last Week

  • Congratulations and thank you to all students, staff, families and friends who supported our first ever school Run4Fun Colour Explosion, with over $15K raised going towards outdoor projects determined by our students (through SRC student leaders). Big thank you to our parent community fundraising team for coordinating the event and to the Coromandel Valley CFS for their support on the day. Please visit our Facebook Page for photos taken of the event. Please check this recent post regarding prizes.
  • Another successful Sports Expo was enjoyed by students / classes last week, with many ‘come ‘n’ try’ activities such as Ninja Warrior, Golf, Softball, Taekwondo, just to name a few. Thanks once again to our Physical Education teacher, Karen Pettman, for organising the activities and promoting the importance of Health & PE in the Australian Curriculum.
  • Craigburn teachers celebrated World Teachers’ Day on Friday with special thanks to our Pastoral Care Worker Catherine Chambers for coordinating a lovely morning tea and to Governing Council member Lisa Slate for her acknowledgement of the day and provision of certificates.
