An evening to showcase ‘What’s the Buzz?’ as a way to teach soft-skills
Wednesday 28th March, 7pm to 8.30pm, Craigburn Primary School – Hall
Cost: Gold Coin donation upon entry
Come along to a ‘What’s the Buzz?’ experience – an interactive session, packed with fun, friendship and learning. This 90-minute session offers a practical glimpse into both of these unique ‘social and emotional literacy programs’ now in 100 countries and is being rolled out across in China. Collective research confirms that children who have healthy relationships have a much greater chance of happiness and wellbeing as they grow. Teaching ‘social and emotional literacy’ with the same commitment we’ve traditionally taught academic skills increases a young person’s confidence and competence to get along with others and embrace life.
