Last Week
Sports Day Thanks
Great to see many families and friends at school on Friday joining in Sports Day – a terrific turnout. Congratulations to the winning team of Bradman and also to Fraser, Riley and Woodforde not far behind. Well done to all students who did their best, displaying excellent team spirit. Special acknowledgement to Karen Pettman for coordinating the day and attending to all levels of organisation, along with the sports day committee, canteen staff and parent / community team for their combined efforts to make the day a successful one. A big thank you to the Lions Club who ran the sausage sizzle throughout the day. Last but not least, a special mention to the the student house team captains and leaders whose leadership of their teams with the health hustle and team chants was outstanding. Thank you also to the parents who provided the extra shade shelters.
Harmony Day
Harmony Day was once again celebrated on the 21st March (last Thursday), with important messages shared by buddy classes at our whole school assembly. Well done to our student leaders for coordinating the program.
Best wishes to all for the week ahead.
Regards, Paul
