The Weekly Wrap

We hope all families and friends enjoyed some quality time together over the last two weeks.

We look forward to seeing everyone back at school on Monday for the first day of Term 4 which promises to be another busy one – with more school camps,  excursions / incursions, Sports Expo, Gala Day, Reception Transition for 2020, Craigburn’s Got Talent, Celebration Night, Year 7 Graduation and more.

We will endeavour to keep you posted on news and events via our news blog and Facebook Page. Please check in with our school calendar as needed.

A reminder that we have our final student free day on Friday 22nd November – endorsed by our Governing Council earlier this year and posted to the community. On this day (22/11) school staff will be working on analysing a range of student learning data including this year’s NAPLAN and Progressive Achievement Tests to inform future planning and learning as well as planning for 2020 school year.

Sports Expo – Coming Soon

Sports Expo,an annual school event coinciding with Physical Education Week, promotes the importance of Health & PE in the Australian Curriculum, and highlights the importance of Health & PE to the learning and development of children and young people. Thank you to our PE specialist Karen Pettman who coordinates the sports expo activities. Please check in with Karen’s post for more details.
