Volunteers

We are always looking for volunteers willing to help us in the canteen and are looking forward to welcoming our current volunteers back as soon as we are able to.

If you would like to volunteer in the canteen, please contact the front office for information on the paperwork that is required.

Absent Students & Lunch Orders

If you have ordered your child’s recess/lunch via Qkr! and they are absent from school on that day, orders can be cancelled via Qkr! if done before 9.00am.

If you are unable to cancel your order on Qkr! please ensure that the canteen is informed prior to recess (10:50am).  A message can be passed on to the canteen via the front office staff when notifying of their absence for that day.

Unfortunately,  credit cannot be given if a child is not at school to receive their lunch order and the canteen has not been informed.

Emergency Lunches

On occasions, lunches do forget to get packed at home or lunch orders forget to be ordered (If ordering via Qkr! please ensure that you are ordering your child’s lunch for the correct day.  We do have quite a number of instances where orders have been placed for the incorrect day).

In these instances, the student will be sent to the front office where staff will make contact with a parent/caregiver to discuss an alternative lunch option.

In the following days, your child will be sent home with an IOU for payment and we would appreciate this being paid as soon as possible.

This can be done on Qkr! via the Canteen IOU Payments section.
