Book Fair
The Scholastic Book Fair will be held in the Library from Thursday 25 August (Week 5) – Tuesday 30 August (Week 6).
We look forward to you visiting us on one of these days with your child’s wish list.
Book Week Performance
On Thursday 29 September we have booked ‘The Story Doctor Cameron Stelzer’ for our whole school incursion.
He will entertain us with a variety of workshops including exciting visuals, captivating stories and humorous anecdotes to explore story planning, character creation, writing and illustration.
Book Door Displays
As a way of celebrating students’ love of reading, each class will be decorating their door to celebrate this fun week. Students and staff will design a book cover for their classroom/office door with their favourite book covers allowing these texts to come alive in an entirely new way!
Door designs will be on display by Monday 22 August, which will allow classes to go on a Book Week door decoration tour throughout the week.
Keep your eyes open for the decorated doors throughout the school featuring a vast range of authors and titles.
We look forward to an exciting Book Week
