Calm Kid Central

From the team at Calm Kid Central

We have been advised that unfortunately APHN are unable to fund the Calm Kid Central program after the 30th of June this year.  This means that families within the Adelaide Metro region only have another 10 weeks to sign up for the annual program at no cost using access code FIRSTYEAR (if you have a Health Care Card). Post this date, families will still be able to access the program but there will be a fee associated with this.

As a reminder, the Calm Kid Central program includes:

  1. Written access to 6 clinical child psychologists and get a written response within 48 hours in the Question and Answer Centre.
  2. Animated videos and games directly for children such as following tough instructions, Why we get Mad and what to do, Being Brave and many, many more.
  3. Courses, articles and lessons for parents/caregivers on how to support children with anxiety, frustration, challenges with friendships and psychological disorders.

Families with children aged between 4 to 11 years can access Calm Kid Central by going to: www.calmkidcentral.com for free (if they have a HCC)  using FIRSTYEAR (only for the next 10 weeks).
