Mrs Hook’s Year R/1 class have been very busy creating their own Haustiere out of plasticine. They then wrote a description of their animal, including the type, its colours and even its name!

We have been very clever learning how to ask for information in German. We are learning to ask, ‘Hast du ein (put animal name here)?’ and respond with either, ‘Ja’ or ‘Nein.’ We can then record this information as we interview other classmates.

Here are two of our clever reception classes who made their own ‘Bremen Stadtmusikanten’ finger puppets. Some students even created the animal tower with them: Esel, Hund, Katze und Huhn!
