Book Week will be held from the 22nd to 28th August. 2015 is the 70th anniversary of Book Week. To help us celebrate, the Splash Theatre Company will perform the ‘Book Show’ for all classes from Reception to year 7 on Tuesday 11th August. Our annual book fair will be held in the library from the 26/8/15 to the 2/9/15. The theme for Book Week is “Books Light up our World”. 2015 has also been proclaimed as the International Year of Light and Light-based Technologies. Its aim is to highlight the importance of light and optical technologies in people’s lives, their futures, and for the development of society.
