A reminder that Gala Day is only 2 weeks away.
Gala Day is an annual event where students in Years 3 to 7 get to run a stall – being 
either a food, craft or activity stall.
If you are in Years 3 to 7 and you would like to run a stall then you must apply using the staff holders nomination form. This form must be completed and returned to school by this Wednesday 4th November.
The Gala Day student leaders working group will then examine and approve the nominations.
On Gala Day, all students are encouraged to bring along loose change (coins) to spend at the stalls. It is up to parents to determine how much money students bring to school. As a guide, up to $5 for younger students and up to $10 for older students seems to work well.
Session times on Gala Day are as follows:
- Early Years – Reception to Year 2 – 11.15am to 12.00pm
- Primary Years – Years 3 to 7 – 12.o5pm to 12.50pm
