You are all invited to have a go at our own Craigburn Paper Plane challenge. All you need to do is to follow these simple instructions.
1. Come out to the bottom steps near the lower basketball court at the start of lunch on Friday 27th February, where each competitor or team will be given one sheet of standard A4 paper.
2. Competitors / teams will be allowed to work on creating the best flying paper plane – for up to 30 minutes.
3. Mr Luke will then invite all competitors / teams to form a line and ask each competitor / team, in turn, to throw their plane.
4. All distances will be measured from the bottom of the steps to the point where the plane first touches the ground or floor. Not the final resting place it slides to.
*You may wish to collaborate in groups or as a class to discover the best designs for the longest flight.
* Feel free to practise as much as you need before Friday.
The longest flights will be entered into the Bound Round Paper Planes Competition.
