We are absolutely buzzing with excitement to announce the grand opening of The Daily Grind coffee cart on the first day back to school, April 28th!

This incredible initiative is the brainchild of our dynamic duo, Sarah Jordan and Breanna Rosser, who have built the coffee cart from the ground up! Their passion and determination reflect the true spirit of our school community.

The Daily Grind is designed to be more than just a coffee stop; it’s a vibrant space for families and staff to come together, enjoy great coffee, and reconnect after the break. Sarah and Breanna have infused creativity and care into every detail, ensuring it’s a welcoming spot for everyone.

Thanks to the generous sponsorship and training of BLK MKT Coffee who have provided the coffee machine and accessories, we’ll be serving up a range of hot drink options, from chai, hot chocolates and frothy lattes!

What makes The Daily Grind truly special is its ripple effect: all profits generated will flow directly back into our school. With these funds, we will embark on a journey of transformation—upgrading spaces to nurture creativity, enhancing areas that inspire learning, and ensuring that every corner of our school aligns with the values we hold dear. Together, we are sculpting a nurturing canvas where every student can thrive and flourish.

We would also love your support in making this initiative a success! If you’re interested in volunteering at The Daily Grind, whether it’s helping to serve coffee, managing the cart, or supporting our promotional efforts, we welcome your involvement. Volunteer opportunities are also available exclusively to 5th and 6th-grade students. It’s a great opportunity to connect with fellow parents, students, and staff while contributing to a project that benefits everyone in our community.

Join us every Tuesday and Thursday mornings on the Year 1 decking to experience The Daily Grind. Let’s make the morning hustle a little brighter with a warm cup of coffee and some friendly faces. Parents dropping children at OSHC are most welcome to grab a coffee for your travel to work.
