Languages Alive!

In the July school holidays children in and around Aberfoyle Park will have to opportunity to experience the excitement of different languages and cultures.

Languages Alive is a Department for Education program designed to provide enriching experiences for primary school aged children. In it’s 10th year, Languages Alive has been enjoyed by thousands of South Australian students and now Adelaide’s Southern Hills students will get to join in the fun.

The Languages Alive team will be offering workshops at Pilgrim School in the July holidays.

For just $10 per student per day (free for School-card holders) children can participate in language and culture workshops as follows:

10 July – Italian, Croatian and Nepali

Parents/carers sign children in at 9.30 and return to collect at 3.15. Children are fully supervised during this time by registered teachers.

Languages Alive is a Children’s University Learning Destination – passport holders can have 4 hours verified for each day they attend.
