Friends of Craigburn – Mini Market, 2026 Calendar and 10c Recycling

The Friends of Craigburn continue to play a vital role in building our school community and supporting fundraising initiatives that benefit all students. From organising fun events to running creative projects and recycling programs, their efforts help bring families together while raising funds for classroom and school resources.

Craigburn Primary School Mini Market

The Friends of Craigburn are excited to bring you an upcoming Mini Market – a fantastic chance for students, parents, and the community to enjoy some shopping fun right here at school! And remember, Christmas is just around the corner 😉

📅 When: Friday, 24 October 2025
🕒 Time: 2:30pm – 4:30pm
📍 Where: Year 1 Deck

What to expect:

  • Leftover stock from Mother’s/Father’s Day (beauty products, fun socks, native plants in pots etc.) – all items between $1.00–$5.00.

  • Wine Wall (25 bottles only): Back by popular demand! For just $20.00, you’ll receive a mystery bottle of wine in a complimentary wine cooler bag. All wines are valued at over $25.00 each – so it’s a win–win.

Thank you for supporting this wonderful community event that helps bring our school family together.

Craigburn 2026 Calendar – Orders Now Open

Our Craigburn 2026 Calendar is on its way! Friends of Craigburn have been working with students and teachers to create a special classroom calendar for next year, based on the theme of Sport.

Each student has contributed their own artwork, and the results are absolutely fantastic – colourful, creative, and full of school spirit. The calendars are looking great and will make the perfect Christmas present for family and friends.

📅 Calendars are $15 each, with all funds raised going towards school activities.
🛒 Orders can be made via QKR (select your child’s class) or by cash/card at the front office.
📦 Calendars will be ready for collection in late November.

Thank you for supporting this initiative and helping us raise funds for our school. We can’t wait to share the finished calendars with you!

10c Recycling Bin – Friends of Craigburn

Friends of Craigburn are introducing a 10c recycling bin to help reduce waste and raise funds for our school.

The bin will be located near the Year 1 deck (outdoor canteen door), and families are encouraged to place all empty 10c drink containers – bottles, cans, and juice boxes – into the bin.

All containers will be collected and recycled fortnightly, with funds raised going directly towards classroom items.

A big thank you to Tamara, on behalf of Friends of Craigburn, for organising this initiative and helping us make a positive difference to both the environment and our school community.
