The Weekly Wrap – Term 4 Week 3 – 2025

World Teachers’ Day – Friday 31 October

We would thank and acknowledge our wonderful teaching staff for the care, commitment, and professionalism they show each and every day.

This Friday, we join schools across Australia in celebrating World Teachers’ Day — a special day to recognise and thank teachers who make such a difference in the lives of children and families every day.

At Craigburn, we are fortunate to have a team of passionate and dedicated educators who go above and beyond to support our students’ learning, wellbeing, and growth. Their care, creativity, and commitment help shape not only our students’ futures but also the heart of our school community.

As we celebrate World Teachers’ Day, we encourage students and families to take a moment to show their appreciation — a kind word, a card, or a simple thank-you can truly make a teacher’s day.

You can also share your gratitude more widely through the Department for Education’s ThankED initiative — a wonderful way to recognise those who make a difference in our schools each and every day.
