This year is the centenary of the Gallipoli Landings. We have lots of Picture Fiction, Fiction and Non-Fiction books on display in the Library that will support a literature based study of ANZAC Day. PETAA (Primary English Teaching Association Australia) has developed units of work for R – 2, Years 3 and 4 and for Years 5 to 7. These can be accessed via the PETAA Website. A log in is required. Spirit of ANZAC Centenary Experience – coming to Adelaide March 2016. This is a national tour where students can immerse themselves in Australia’s history from the First World War to the present day.
