If you scroll down and look on the sidebar you will notice there is now a subscription box.

All you need to do is type your email address into the box, click subscribe and you will receive an email every time we post something on the blog.

It will save you time continually checking the blog to see if there is anything new.

This way you will know when there has been a new post and you can visit the blog and leave a comment.
