Earlier this year we took part in the Premier’s Be Active Challenge. We had to do at least 60 minutes of exercise 5 days a week for 4 weeks. We recorded our activities in a log book. We really enjoyed being active and we got fit and healthy at the same time. When we finished Mrs. Kolenberg entered our name into the Be Active data base. Today we received a bronze medal for our efforts. We were very pleased to get them. For some of us this is the first medal we have ever had.
Congratulations to you all for being so healthy and active!
You should be proud of your achievements!
What an intense looking bunch of active kids you all are!! Keeping fit is clearly serious stuff. 🙂
Wow – what a great achievement. We love being active. So many of you completed the challenge, that’s fantastic.
Wow! Congratulations! Being active is so good for you. Here in our school in Surrey, Canada we manage to be active every school day. On Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday we go to the gym for fun active activities. On Thursday and Friday we take part in a run called “Run Across Canada”. We run in all weather. Last week we went out running in the pouring rain. We went out in the snow too, but thankfully there wasn’t too much snow. Most of us run around during out 15 min. morning recess and our 25 min. afternoon recess. Ms. Lirenman and Division 16
Congratulations!!! You guys are awesome. We are sure you worked hard.
