Today I took the Hopping Mice home and put them in my laundry for the holidays. When it got a little dark in there and I put in some seed grass for them, the mice all came awake and had a lovely time running around the cage. If you have a look at the Tumblr you can watch them being very busy.

Isn’t it great to see the hopping mice looking so happy and busy. They sure do like the grass. It is interesting to see how clever they are at using their tails to balance while they are eating. Aren’t we going to miss seeing the mice at school. We hope they have a happy holiday at your hose Mrs Kolenberg.

Are they noisy when they are awake, hopping around? How nice that they have holidays as well. I’ve only seen these guys asleep in class, so this was super. They sure sleep in some funny positions.
