PRE ORDER OF LUNCH ORDER ONLY (NO OTHER LUNCH ORDERS WILL BE AVAILABLE ON THE DAY)
The canteen will be offering a set menu FOR STUDENTS & FAMILIES which will be delivered to four stations positioned around the school. Teachers will have a class list for all pre-orders. Students will be given a ticket to collect their order from their designated station.
These stations will be located as below:
Covered area outside E23 and E24 – Reception and year 1 students only.
Courtyard by A1 and A3 – Year 2 and year 2/3 students only.
Top court – Year 3 and year 4 students only.
Outside the B13 – Year 5 and 6 students only.
All orders must be pre-ordered via the Qkr! App under Sports Day Special Lunch Orders.
Options Include:
- SUSHI – Teriyaki Chicken / Cooked Tuna & Avocado / Vegetarian (cucumber, carrot, avocado)
- COLD ROLLS – BBQ Pork, Vegetarian, Teriyaki Chicken TWIN PACKS ONLY OF SAME VARIETY
- SAUSAGE IN BREAD (or without bread). Vegan and Gluten Free options available
Sausages will also be available until sold out for parents/caregivers to purchase on the day.
LAST DAY TO ORDER AND PAY is Wednesday 3rd April by 1:00pm. NO LATE ORDERS CAN BE ACCEPTED!

Two volunteers are urgently needed for the following roles:
R/1 pre-ordered lunch collection station.
Year 2 pre-ordered lunch collection station.
Year 3/4 pre-ordered lunch collection station.
Year 5/6 pre-ordered lunch collection station.
Cake stall volunteers in half hour time slots.
10:00 – 10:30
10:30 – 11:00
11:00 – 11:30
11:30 – 12:00
12:00 – 12:30
12:30 – 1:00
Please email or phone the front office to register your availability to assist in any of these roles.
PLEASE NOTE: The canteen will be open at recess and lunch time, with drinks, snacks and ice-blocks available to purchase.
