Another wonderful update from our coaches to summarise the first home game of the season:

U8

We played really well against an opposition team that were older than us. Our boys showed a never give up attitude with all the players contributing throughout the game. The team learnt a lot about where to position themselves on the field, the importance of teamwork, good sportsmanship and experience of the beautiful game. A great morning of football.

U9

On Saturday the U9 boys played a confident game against Forbes.  There were some great goals scored and everyone from the forward to the defensive line held a consistent game.  Shout out to Derek for umpiring the game!

U10

Was a great game. U10’s won 4-3 with great team work, great defense and all players helping in all positions on the field.

Seniors

First home game for the seniors and firstly thanks to Richie who was fill in coach and to all the other parents who helped out.

Result didn’t go our way ending the game 2-4 going down to Stella Maris who ran the game out better than we did, but really happy with the teamwork that all the kids showed.
