Our buddy class is Mrs Robertson’s Year 6/7 class. In week 2 we met up and found a buddy. Some of the class have 2 older buddies as they have more students in their class! For our first activity together we divided a piece of paper in half and took turns to draw each other. So the older buddy drew the little buddy vice versa. These are hanging up in our classroom and look great! In week 3 we met up with them again and completed a quiz on multiple intelligences. Students had to answer lots of questions about themselves and what they like to do, feel like or feel most comfortable doing. The older buddies were a great help with the reading of the sentences. Here are some photos of the buddies working together:
Look at all those lovely smiles, everyone loves having buddies, so much fun.
