On Friday our school had Sports Day! We started the day off with a march down to the oval where we did the health hustle and everyone yelled out their house chants as loud as they could! Then the events started. Our class started off with sack race and 3 legged race, then we did bocce, soccer kick and finished off with fireman’s relay just before recess. The fireman’s relay was a nice way to cool off! After recess our class did sprints, hurdles, long jump and finished the events with tunnel ball. Everyone tried so hard and cheered each other on all day. It was great to see good sportsmanship and resilience if their team didn’t win. Most of all it was great to see everyone having fun and being active! What was your favourite event? What event did you find challenging?
