If your child/ren are currently registered with OSHC and you would like to book them in, please complete the Booking and Consent form online and request sessions via the Xplor home app.
If your child/ren isn’t registered for OSHC & Vac Care and you would like to book them in for the Summer Vac Care, please complete the OSHC enrolment form and the online. Booking & Consent form
