A very big thank you to Kate Hanna and Tamara McMaster who stepped in at the last minute today to run the canteen for the day. They did a great job and ensured that all students received their lunch orders today, and Friday is a very busy day!

The canteen would love some new volunteers to help us out. We are very busy on Fridays especially, however help on any day is appreciated. You can start volunteering straight after school drop off, after kindy drop off at 9.30am, or any time that suits you. We finish at 1.30pm but you don’t need to stay the whole time.

If you can’t stay the full shift then working from 9.30am until 11.30am, or 11.30am to 1.30pm might suit you better.

Tasks include sticking labels on lunch bags, writing names on drinks, making sandwiches and toasties, and packing class bags. It’s not complicated and we try to make it a fun and rewarding experience for you. Recess and lunchtime will always be a proud moment when your child or grandchild comes to visit you to say hi.
